HR Manager

Responsibilities :
This position will be supervise the Recruitment and Development function to prepare, manage and develop Human Resources by fulfilling the workforce plan, competencies, time targeted, design and expand training, and implementing competency development programs to meet organizational needs.
 
Kualifikasi :
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Recruitment, Training, and People Development.
  3. Experience on handling talent development program, able to design in-house training, able to produce training materials, experience in evaluate training, able to develop effective induction programs for new employee
  4. Experience in managing recruitment from end-to-end process (including psychological test, and other HR matters)
  5. Experience in HR Management system and Performance Management
  6. Creative, initiative, proactive and also excellent in interpersonal relationship
  7. Have presentation skill and advanced computer literate
  8. Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work independently or in a team
  9. Able to communicate in English (oral and written) will be an advantage
  10. Willing to work in Cileungsi
